Fabrication

We fabricate to customer drawings, machine parts, weld, thread, bend, and offer special coating systems—all with timely, helpful service, attention to quality, and competitive pricing.

 

We offer both union and non-union services. All welders are qualified under Section 1X of the ASME Code, and the shops are authorized to provide “U,” “PP,” “S,” and “R” Code Stamp authorizations on vessels and pipeline. They also are qualified to 10CFR 50 APP.B and MIL‑1‑45208A. Material scope includes aluminum to zirconium with precision welding and extensive radiographic testing.

 

BBL Co. also represents several smaller fabricating shops that produce handrails and steps and perform laser burning, blasting, hot metalizing, small precision machining, and pipe fabrication.
